Athletes in the Silver Group are expected to swim:

  • 100 yards of butterfly and breaststroke with proper form

Training emphasizes stroke efficiency, turns, and pacing, while gradually increasing strength and stamina in the water.

Practice Schedule:

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Silver Group swimmers are encouraged to participate in monthly meets in the Greater Orlando area, offering valuable experience in a competitive environment. Meet information and sign-ups can be found in the Team Events section of our website.

  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM

🥇 Platinum Group

The Platinum Group is a high-level training group designed for dedicated swimmers ages 11–14, including both Trinity Prep School (TPS) middle school athletes and Trinity Prep Aquatics (TPA) swimmers. It also serves as the terminal training group for high school swimmers who are involved in other extracurricular activities and are unable to meet the full commitment required by the Senior Group.

This group provides a structured, competitive training environment that focuses on developing endurance while continuing to refine stroke technique across all four strokes. Athletes in the Platinum Group participate in swim meets throughout the year and are encouraged to set personal goals and strive for steady improvement.
