We are thrilled to welcome back our returning swimmers and extend a very warm welcome to all of our new athletes joining the team. Whether this is your first season or you've been swimming with us for years, we're excited to have you as part of the Saints family.

Please take a few minutes to review the Trinity Prep Saints Swim Information Packet . This packet contains important information about the season, including practice schedules, meet information, communication procedures, weather policies, team expectations, volunteer information, and frequently asked questions.

We strongly recommend bookmarking this link on your phone. Throughout the season, we will update the information packet as needed, making it the best place to find the most current information. We will keep this document updated so families always have one reliable resource to reference.

Athletic Clearance – Required Before Swimming

The most important item to complete before the season begins is your Athletic Clearance. This MUST be completed and approved before your swimmer is allowed to enter the pool for practice. There are no exceptions.

Athletic Clearance Checklist

Please complete the following items within the Athletic Clearance Portal:

• Create an Athletic Clearance account (or log into your existing account).
• Upload the completed FHSAA Physical Form (EL2).
• Upload the EL1 Form (Electrocardiogram/ECG documentation).
• Upload proof of medical insurance.
• Complete the four required NFHS courses:
• Concussion for Students
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest
• Heat Illness Prevention
• Sportsmanship
• Upload the completion certificates for all required NFHS courses.
• Parent and student must digitally sign the FHSAA Consent Form (EL3).
• Complete the ImPACT Baseline Test at home and upload the completion page.
• Review and digitally sign the Student-Athlete & Parent/Guardian Athletic Participation Agreement.
• New students entering grades 7, 8, 10, 11, or 12 must also complete the GA4 Affidavit of Transfer Compliance Form.

Communication & Meet Entries

Throughout the season, families can expect regular communication regarding practices, meet information, volunteer opportunities, schedule updates, and other important announcements. Please keep an eye on your email and refer to the Trinity Prep Saints Swim Information Packet regularly so you don't miss any important updates.

Commit Swimming Registration (Required)

All families are required to register on Commit Swimming. This platform serves as our primary team management system and is used for:

• Team communications and announcements
• Swim meet entries and event declarations
• Team updates throughout the season

Please complete your Commit Swimming registration as soon as possible. We ask that every family registers so you don't miss important information or deadlines during the season.
